1. Easy Exchange

We offer easy exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

•⁠  ⁠Unused, unwashed, and unworn
•⁠  ⁠In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
•⁠  ⁠Free from stains, odors, or damage not caused by us

To request an exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and the size/color you'd like instead, subject to availability.

Charges:
The customer will cover the tax and delivery charges.

2. Refund Policy

We currently process refunds in the following cases:

•⁠  ⁠The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
•⁠  ⁠The order was cancelled before dispatch.
•⁠  ⁠The exchange item you requested is out of stock

Charges:
The customer will cover the tax and delivery charges.

Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method (or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash for COD orders) within 7–10 business days of approval.

3. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

•⁠  ⁠Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions
•⁠  ⁠Items returned after the 15-days window
•⁠  ⁠Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
